I have over 9 years of experience in software development, I've specialized in project management, product management, and technical leadership across enterprise and start-up environments. My expertise lies in delivering B2B shops, CRM solutions, fintech apps, and CMS solutions. Currently, I lead a team of approximately 30 engineers.
I possess a natural ability to create structure and foster awareness within teams. I excel at supporting and exhibiting behaviors that later become norms, leading to a positive and collaborative work environment. Moreover, individualization is one of my strengths, allowing me to understand and cater to the unique needs of each team member.
I‘m an analytical person and when I’m collaborating with my team on technical solutions documents or postmortems for complex incidents, I excel at gathering and analyzing data to define effective action items. I think this might be the reason , I’m leading most of the data collection initiatives .
At the same time, when seeking support from the dev teams I do my thorough research, which minimizes the scope of issues and overall it is highly appreciated by the team .

I thoroughly enjoy problem-solving, whether it involves optimizing processes or resolving technical issues. Upon joining my current company, I prioritized understanding existing processes and identifying pain points. Consequently, I proposed and implemented several process changes, such as beta testing infrastructure, limited focus switch, and app-specific metrics and built some Slackbots. These changes significantly enhanced product quality and increased developer satisfaction.
I have a deep sense of ownership when it comes to my commitments, which usually helps me establish trust among teams and stakeholders, particularly when onboarding new projects.
